The Wishing Well - Animation
From a young age, I've nurtured a deep love for music.
Music possesses a unique power to express emotions and tell stories in ways that words sometimes struggle to capture. Classical music, in particular, has always intrigued me due to its rich history and complexity. However, I noticed that this beautiful form of music doesn't always receive the attention it deserves, especially from the younger generation.
Bridging the Gap between Classical and Youth
In a time dominated by contemporary music, a desire grew within me to bridge the gap between classical music and younger listeners. I aimed to convey the beauty and depth of classical compositions to an audience that might not have direct exposure to it. This led to the idea of creating an animation that would not only bring the music itself to life but also illuminate the story behind it.
Animating Emotions
The choice of animation wasn't coincidental. Animation possesses the magical ability to visualize emotions and narrate stories in a vivid manner. By depicting the characters and events within the music, my intention was to enhance the listening experience and assist young people in connecting with the music on a deeper level.
Music Education and Appreciation
Another crucial driving force behind this project was my belief in the significance of music education and appreciation. I firmly believe that if young people can understand the context and emotions behind classical music, they can discover an entirely new realm of listening pleasure. Through this animation, my goal was to create an educational tool that aids young individuals in appreciating and comprehending classical music.

Looking to the Future
With this animation, I aspire to instigate a small shift in how young people perceive classical music. My hope is that my work contributes to a greater appreciation for the timeless masterpieces that form the foundation of our musical history. Who knows, perhaps this animation can also serve as inspiration for other projects that push the boundaries of music education and engagement.
